About Oxtavia
I’m Holly - a C-Suite digital health leader with over 10 years’ experience scaling regulated healthtech across the NHS and private healthcare in the UK, US and Europe. I have led operations across paediatric oncology, rare disease diagnostics, telemedicine, fertility, IVF and wider women’s health, securing over £2m in grant funding and delivering complex regulatory programmes including NHS DTAC, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and MHRA. I work closely with boards, investors and clinical partners to turn ambitious ideas into sustainable, real-world solutions.
My passion lies in femtech and women’s health. I am driven by the need to build better, earlier and more compassionate solutions for women - combining regulatory rigour with thoughtful, inclusive design.
Alongside my executive career, I serve as voluntary Chief Operating Officer for Women in Tech, championing greater representation and opportunity for women in technology. Diversity, equality and inclusion are central to how I build teams, partnerships and products.
I created Oxtavia to support mission-led founders; particularly female founders who are passionate about impacting healthcare and need strong operational foundations to scale with confidence.
