About Oxtavia Health
 

Oxtavia is a women-led digital health start-up on a mission to transform how women manage hormonal and gynaecological health. From PCOS to perimenopause, PMDD to gynae cancer, we are building a digital platform designed to support women with personalised tools, symptom tracking, lived-experience content, and holistic wellbeing resources including yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
 

Born out of lived experience, Oxtavia exists to bridge the unacceptable gaps in women’s health information, care, and support. We’re not just building an app - we’re creating a movement. And we’re looking for like-minded, passionate people to help shape it.
 

Who We’re Looking For

We’re at an exciting early stage, and we need talented, purpose-driven individuals to help bring Oxtavia to life. Whether you’ve worked in digital health, women’s health, or simply want to be part of something meaningful - we’d love to hear from you.

We’re particularly looking for voluntary support across the following areas:

• Technical Support & Platform Development – We need developers, UX/UI designers, product thinkers and digital health technologists to help us build and shape the platform from the ground up

• Operations & Strategy – Help with planning, systems, and streamlining internal processes

• Marketing & Comms – Support messaging, storytelling, and getting Oxtavia in front of the right audiences

• Social Media – Create engaging content, build community, and grow our online presence

• Ambassadors & Partnerships – Help us find brand advocates, volunteers, and collaborators

What You’ll Need
 

• A strong interest in women’s health and gender equity

• A background or solid understanding of digital health or healthtech

• Experience in your chosen area (especially if you’ve worked in a start-up or mission-driven organisation)

• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to get stuck in

• A genuine desire to make an impact
   

This role is voluntary. We are not currently in a position to offer financial compensation, but equity opportunities and future paid roles may become available as funding is secured.
